Ryan Bowen, a principal architect with Caddis Collaborative, said, “These three projects represent what can be accomplished, and more of what should be done, to help the workers who are critical to the growth and success of mountain towns and resorts to continue to grow and prosper.”

Architect @ozarchitecture and general contractor @ghphipps recently celebrated the completion of two new buildings on the University of Colorado Colorado Springs @uccs campus: the new Anschutz Engineering Center and the Design and Prototyping Center.
Additional project partners included @martinmartininc @wenkassociates, @catorruma, @k2.electric and @meadandhunt

Modern Asian restaurant @cholon_sloanslake, designed by @unum_collaborative, recently opened at @lakehousedenver in the Sloan’s Lake neighborhood. The opening brings the total number of restaurants under ChoLon Restaurant Concepts to six!

This architecturally distinctive project, by @themaxcollaborative was built by @saundersconstructioninc and designed by @madarchitects with operational architects the @davispartnership.
The property consists of 16 stories with 187 for-lease residences featuring private, open-air terraces and soaring walls of glass, all encased in a first-of-its-kind sculptural facade!

The highly anticipated new LEED rating system has arrived over a decade after the launch of LEED v4. A lot has changed since 2013, and the rating system has evolved to address the critical needs of the market in light of the increasing environmental impacts caused by the climate crisis.
Public comment opened on April 3, and anyone is allowed to provide input.
