Skyhouse Denver, a 25-story luxury apartment building in downtown has sold for $138.4 million, according to Denver County Public records.
The 354- unit project includes a swimming pool, fireplace, outdoor kitchen and 360-degree views of the city. Studio apartments start at $1,574, one-bedrooms at $1,772 and two-bedrooms at $2,627.
The building was sold by Skyhouse Denver LLC, registered to the same address as Simpson Property Group, to EQR 1776 Broadway LLC, registered to the same address as Equity Residential.
Equity Residential CEO David Neithercut said the company continues to carefully watch Denver because it possesses many of the characteristics they look for in markets, including a highly educated workforce, strong growth and high paying jobs
