Two parcels near the Gaylord Rockies hotel have sold for $45 million, according to Adams County Public Records.
64th Holdings LLC sold to Painted Prairie Owner LLC for $30 million and RRC Development Inc. sold to Painted Prarie Owner Phase I LLC, Painted Prairie for $15 million. Both parcels are located in the Painted Prairie master plan are, south of the hotel.
Public records show Painted Prairie Owner Phase I LLC resold the second parcel to four other companies including KB Home Colorado Inc., East One LLC, Meritage Homes Colorado Inc. and CND Painted Prairie LLC.
Master Developer Chris Fellows said the project was re-capitalized when Painted Prairie Owner LLC purchased the property from 64th Holdings LLC.
